What a lovely place! Had a lovely meal here last night. I'm a vegan and it was so nice to have a special menu with totally scrummy food. Thanks!

Visited with my 12 year old grandson before visiting the theatre, we had not booked and the restaurant was very busy but staff went out of their way to accommodate us , beautiful meal very friendly helpful staff , did not feel at all rushed would definitely visit again

Potatoes skins excellent as was my pasta Great atmosphere and lovely staff

Lovely place to eat I've been going here for years the staff are so friendly and food is amazing.

Lovely food the tagliatelle carbonara was unreal and my partner loved the spaghetti bolognese would recommend this to anybody

I have eaten in many Italian restaurants all over the uk and in Sunderland and Marcellos is by far the best by a mile , great food , great service , reasonable prices, and you donŌĆÖt get rushed .

Had a wonderful meal at Marcellos. From going into the restaurant you were made to feel so welcome. A wonderful friendly atmosphere. The meals were exquisite. The staff were warm and friendly, making Valentine's night more special. Marcellos is now my favourite Italian Restaurant. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Had a spur of the minute meal last night and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, I cannot praise MarcelloŌĆÖs enough. We paid ┬Ż60 for 4 which included 2 bottles of wine. We will definitely be back, well done’┐Į

Had a lovely pre-theatre meal with my son , food was lovely and the service was outstanding very friendly and welcoming staff

Exhausted & hungry the only thing my family could agree on was Italian food. Searching through just eat we found Marcellos had a much more expansive menu than the pizza & bolognaise offered at most 'Italian' listings. We are so glad we choose this place. Restaurant quality food delivered to our door, on time, nice & hot and absolutely delicious. Thank you ’┐Į
