Received a buyagift token for Christmas - a meal for 2 with fizz & a Shard View experience. The staff made us feel very special, the menu was a little limited, but the food was of good quality. A trip to London would be a treat on it's own, the Shard View experience followed by this meal made the day very special. What a fantastic Christmas present!!

Had an amazing meal from the set menu. Staff were fantastic, wish I had taken their names � attentive but not in your face. Venue, stunning. Highly recommend

Great food, good ambience, great staff, reasonable price. Don't go with the thought that this is going to be flashy food because its Marco Pierre White, it's not, it's straightforward great tasting food, wonderfully cooked with a fantastic aftertaste. Highly recommended if you're not a food snob!

Food was excellent. Customer service top notch. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating to us.

We ate in this restaurant twice during our stay, an evening meal and lunch the following day. Both times we all enjoyed the food. Staff were friendly & attentive. We were offered choice of water including tap water. One of our party left their jacket behind and staff found us at breakfast to hand it back.

Only downside is aircon is a tad too cold.

Would definitely recommend this venue for good food and service.

My husband and I visited Marco's as part of a wedding gift! The decor was lovely as was the staff. My husband had the rack of baby ribs and I had steak medium rare and I have to say both dishes we enjoyed thoroughly �, we also really enjoyed our starter's and desserts. The only downside we had which would not stop us going back, is that it was quite chilly with the air conditioning! I appreciate it gets hot for the staff running around but myself and other guests had to resort to putting our jackets on to eat, but apart from that a very enjoyable experience �

Went for a treat to celebrate my son's 20th. Food was mediocre service very inexperienced. Italian restaurants should always serve spaghetti with a fork and spoon, this was not offered. We both had pasta and were not offered any parmesan...was asked if we would like water for the table in which we said a jug of tap water would be lovely. Waitress proceeded to bring a bottle which we were charged for! Marco needs to train staff more and flavour the food.

We went on a Buy a Gift Voucher . The staff were lovely but the food was poor limited menu for the voucher or pay more .....not good . The food was poor definitely wouldn't recommend . We had previously bought this s a gift fir my son who didn't say that he'd paid extra fir decent food and wine so we're disappointed for him that we had also given that as a gift . Very disappointed ...poor

Travelling through London I was excited to see Marco's restaurant. Being a fan I wanted to experience his place. The decor was lovely very nicely presented and the tables looked immaculate. We were seated quickly and asked if we wanted water 'Still or Sparkling' we said Still expecting water in a jug but we're given a bottle which we then knew we would be charged for. My husband dropped his knife during the meal. No one came to assist him or change it. I ended up giving him mine. The service was terrible the staff were too busy milling around doing nothing except chatting to each other and happened to ignore a customer who ended up leaving without being served. What a shame. I hope Marco knows this is happening and does some more training. Score 4 / 10.

We were greeted and shown to our table in a room off the main restaurant along with all the other diners who we presume were also using buy a gift vouchers as they were also ordering off a limited menu. The service was slow before we placed our order even though it wasn’t busy (approx 6 other tables of guests at 8pm).

We couldn’t complain about the food which was perfect but we felt rushed and had all 3 courses incl drinks within an hour.

We both said that the food was great but the occasion was spoilt by being seated in a room off the main restaurant and being rushed through the meal, probably not how a regular paying customer would have been treated.

It was ok ..... food ok, service mediocre...... disputed the service charge as didn't really want a soup spoon to eat my pudding, but a fork to eat my steak would have been nice. Waitress looked horrified �

Service OK. Things served slow, flavours om-not good though. No consistency- (twice we ate the same dish as each other- both times they differed from each other.

Very poor service no one come over my table to check how the food was...I had a coffee and my plate still on the table..Chicken wings were fantastic ,the ribeye wasn't that good I guess cos the quality and the cheese sauce was too thick and not flavour plus I've been changed service for a table of one...The worst of it is that I do work for MPW as well

Terrible experience today. Starters: blue cheese dressing tasted like mayonaise and the nachos were on par with something you'd get from Odeon Cinema. Mains: BLAND. 1/2 chicken breast and mac n cheese was completely tasteless. The only good things were the mushrooms. Told the staff and got zero feedback. Dessert: eton mess with shop bought meringue and a half frozen, gritty new york cheese cake. Save your money and go elsewhere!!! Even the servers seemed to be embarrassed when asking if everything was okay.

Possibly the worst groupon we’ve ever had . A baked up McDonald’s wouldn’t even end be as good . Possibly the worst thing we’ve ever eaten , shocking. How has Marco Pierre White even associated with this is unbelievable????
