What do you think of our Pyramid? We were asked to design and manufacture a high quality acrylic pyramid, 2 meters tall to house a priceless Egyptian death mask. We turned this around in just one week and we are pretty proud of ourselves.

We are getting underway with the next batch of our Award Winning Display Units. We have produced 100's of these stunning displays but this will be our largest single order to date, just under 800 units which will see us get through nearly 60 sheets of Perspex Black 9T30 and Perspex Midnight Black Frost. Our team of specialist Perspex Fabricators are at the ready and they will be putting nearly 400 man hours into producing these Bespoke Acrylic Displays. Busy hands for the the perfect finish! These blocks have been cut on the beam saw, then buffed up on the diamond polisher. Here they are being rubbed and cleaned to ensure there are no buff marks left so the edges and sides of the blocks are completely smooth and shiny! From here they will be printed on in the printing room, and after drying will be back out on the shop floor for another clean and final inspection. We now have finished photo blocks ready for packing and shi...pping to our customers!
