I won’t be at the Brighouse Market this weekend, but I’m still taking orders for Christmas cakes , Christmas puddings , homemade mince pies and light up Gingerbread House, please let me know if you require anything .

I am helping my sister Jackie who's doing a fund raiser for Forget me not children's Hospice Tomorrow Saturday morning 9-12 at Dearne Valley Health Centre Scisset near Huddersfield I've been making lots of Cup cakes , Jackie has made lemon cake , chocolate cakes , biscuits ect there's a raffle and it's for a great cause so if your near pop in.

This lady is a legend! Her cakes are to die for and finished to perfection! I would recommend her in a heart beat. Professional, affordable but most of all passionate about her work. Any idea no matter how big or small Maria was open to it. Thank you very much for all your hard work it completed our big day! Xx

Thank you so much for the fabulous wedding cake you made for us! It looked absolutely beautiful and tasted divine! The gorgeous cup cakes and gingerbread hearts were a real hit with our guests too! We had such a lot of compliments! It was such a pleasure to work with you to develop our ideas and we were absolutely delighted with the results. Thank you for the 50th birthday cake, and the anniversary cake both were amazing, everyone who had a piece throughly enjoyed them, would highly recommend maria, lovely lady.

Thank you Maria for making our amazing art deco wedding cake. We had requested a difficult design, but you managed to find a solution and the cake was perfect for our 1920s themed wedding. It was beautiful inside and out �

Maria made our wedding cake...a beautiful cutting cake with cupcakes. It was absolutely amazing, the actual cakes are to die for not just look beautiful but taste wonderful. Thank thank thank you!

Maria is a genius! She made the most perfect cake just this last weekend for my Mother-in-law and her twin sister to celebrate their 80th birthday: well two cakes actually, an 8 and a 0 with fantastic sugar caricatures of the two ladies in question perched on the side of each cake. It looked both elegant and great fun. Everyone admired it and the two birthday girls were absolutely thrilled to bits. And to top it all, both cakes, one lemon and one plain, tasted absolutely yummy. Thank you so much.

Just wanted to say a big thank you!!. Our wedding cake was amazing and tasted gorgeous, I honestly can't recommend Maria's cakes more. Thanks again Maria x
