My name is Marion and i am a Cambridge Weight Plan consultant. Like most people i have tried every diet, food fashion, exercise plan on the market. I would lose about a stone (6. 35kg) and then nothing. I would lose interest and then put the weight back on and go back to status quo. I finally hit the obese category and decided this was not the future for me. I wanted to have a family of my own one day and being bigger makes that all the worse. After finding out a friend had cancer, it made me realise how short life is and it was time for me to do something about it. I had heard about the Cambridge Diet from colleagues and knew it had great results so started there.
I met a great consultant near me and she got me started. She was brilliant. Supportive when i needed it and kicked me up the butt when i needed that too. I lose 3 stone with her and felt so much better for it. I always did triathlons but now after training i had no muscle soreness, tired but not sore. My body was a lot happier not having 3 extra stones to carry.
After maintaining for a year, I have become a consultant and try to inspire those around me like my consultant did for me. I have also decided to lose a couple of stones more to show and blog about it, to show it can be done. I have social events, holidays and the everyday stresses of life to face, just like all dieters, to overcome.
