James & Sophie are no strangers to the marine sector, both from a young age have only ever known boats. Sophie having travelled most of the world by the age of 5 with mum and dad; Mark & Fiona Pascoe ran a Class1 powerboat racing team which evolved into a RIB manufacturing business. James pursued a career in yacht surveying and design after a predominantly sailing upbringing and love for the sea.

James & Sophie have a passion for being the best, whether that is onsite presentation, customer service or the level of standard expected from themselves and staff.
