Seems to flip a coin to decide if he wants to bother himself to help you. Why don't you get a job where you don't have to deal with people. Some of his advice was absolute rubbish. Said no one uses 9 speed cassettes anymore? I think you'll find that's complete tosh. Evans cycles in Macclesfield were so freaking awesome I could have hugged them all.

Stumbled upon this shop by pure luck today after my rear brake failed whislt decending the Cat & Fiddle, called in on the off chance and they helped me get it sorted there and then. Wouldn't take a penny in payment he was just happy to help which is quite refreshing in this day and age. Great guy highly recommend 5*

I had decided to walk into town with my baby in the pram rather than using the car. Went in to the cycle shop after discovering i had a flat tyre...asked the guy behind the counter if he could help me pump up the tyre. He was very rude and said he would 'just this once'. I had to go back after 10 mins to learn i had a puncture. (They charge £10 at the shop). The guy then looked at his watch, sighed and explained he was the only person in the shop. (There wasn't anybody in the shop!) It was pouring down with rain at this point, i told him to forget it and walked home-with a baby in the pram and a puncture! Lovely.

Will never go in there again. What a rude, unhelpful person.

Coming late into cycling as an older person, 70 this year, I inherited a couple of bikes to take on holiday. Mark Anthony bikes were really helpful in getting new parts and making repairs where I could not. Prompt attention and good communications gives a 5* from me

Just picked up my new bike from their shop today. Great communication and customer service. Definitely be visiting again soon

Out of stock items displayed as in stock on their website. So I was then able to checkout the item and the payment was processed even though they didn't have the item in stock. Payment is still viewed as pending on my account after a week, I'm not sure if my monies will be refunded correctly.

Undergoing refurbishment, helpful and prepared to assist, couldn't ask more, and topped up my water without hassle.

Dropped bike off on a Friday when they already had work in yet they managed to squeeze me in, so impressed it's worth the drive back again and again, had some great advice too earlier in the week

Let me use their track pump following two flat tyres on a wet and windy Monday. Shop assistant was very friendly and gave me advice about some cycling kit I might like, too!
