Great quick service, with watch batteries and replacement strap.

Mark was really helpful came straight away and wasn't over priced I would recommend him to family and friends.

These are absolutely delightful people to deal with and are my 'go to' for many things besides shoe repairs. They provide watch batteries, engraving, handbag repairs etc etc and are so obliging.

Visited the shop at lunch out of sheer convenience. I usually pay £5.50 for 2 standard Yale keys, of course I'm happy to pay a little more due to it being Wilmslow but for the gentlemen in the store to then charge £12 without even having the courtesy to offer a key ring with that just smacks me in the mouth as outright criminal. Not all robbers wear black and white hoops - AVOID LIKE A FLOCK OF BEES! I've not tested the keys yet, but my lord I hope it's a smooth twist for that sort of money.

Came in today, was given an amazing service by Mark and Matthew. Must use you again. Was great to see a traditional shoe repairs giving great quality, I'll definitely be coming back!!!

Excellent service from both Matthew & Mark. Being based down in Leicester - we needed an locksmith urgently as a customer couldn't get into her home as the key was stuck. Luckily Matthew was around the corner & went straight round. Customer happy & so were we. Appreciate the support off another business for a time sensitive job.
