Very friendly staff good choice of clothing very clean toilets good food

Service very good, coat and scarf bought are excellant quality and enjoyed lunch in the cafe

Jane was a pleasure very efficient made us feel nothing was to much bother and very helpful.

Quick service and good simple food (soups, jackets and sandwiches) if you're looking for a straight forward light lunch. Order at the counter and food is delivered to the table.

Very poor gluten/ dairy choices in the cafe. Only cheese sandwiches in wheat free section no good if you also dairy free. Did advertise gluten free bread but unable to toast it. Gluten free roll individually wrapped but nothing to put on it and unable to warm it up due to cross contamination risk. So unable to eat, not even fruit for sale. It is a necessity to eat gluten free if you are a coeliac it is not a lifestyle choice.!! I was again unable to eat out at lunchtime, expected better from m+s

It's our local M&S, its not big, it's not classy, but it's been in our town for ever. And now M&S want to close it down. RIP.

Smaller M&S, with food department & good cafe.

This M&S has a bit of everything but perhaps is a bit small so there isn't as much of a great selection in the foodhall compared to bigger M&Ss

Always moving everything around in the food section and sells lots of clothes aimed at the older customer. Service is always slow.
