COLOUR CHANGE for the festive season ✨ Our client had a full head of #balayage , I lifted the roots with pre lightener & 6%. Then toned the ends down by free hand painting some 8/ in illumina with pastel developer. At the basin we toned the roots and mid band with 7/81 & 8/1 for 10mins.
