What a truly lovely friendly pub!! We went to the theatre but ended up staying all night! Lovely bar staff and the most friendliest of clientele. Just fantastic! Thank you for a great evening we will be back! ��

This pub has been the support system I've needed over the last few years. The staff have always been super friendly and respectful to me and my friends, and the crowd that go there make me feel welcomed and loved. The staff work incredibly hard to make The Marlborough a safe place for everyone. If you ever, for any reason, feel unsafe or unhappy have a word with the bar staff and they will do everything in their power to make it better. There is a trust and friendship in this pub that you don't get anywhere else and I'm so happy and proud to call it 'my local'. Thank you for always giving me a good time.

This place is so welcoming and the staff efficient and friendly. Def going to give the quiz a go! Looks like fun.

The most important queer venue outside (and possibly including) London. I have seen some of the best live art I have ever seen here and been inspired, entertained and challenged by a diverse and boundary pushing line up of work for years. Welcoming, well intentioned and essential haven for the alternative queer community and always the first pub I take visitors to.

The marlborough I feel has fault really hard to change and become what it is today, it's a pub that has really hardworking and friendly staff which strive to make you feel comfortable whoever you are, and on Sunday's serving up the most wonderful roasts and making it a real family venue, and then in week lovely Thai cuisine, I for one can only recommend you trying it out either daytime or evening, sure you won't be disappointed

If you feel like you've ended up in the gayest city in England but it just isn't quite gay enough for you yet; I suggest you visit the Marly. This place be queer for dayzzzzzz.

I was lucky enough to win a Sunday roast from their weekly facebook competition and went along with my husband. Really friendly welcome and nice atmosphere, sort of shabby,faded glory decor, with nice music and interesting bits and bobs to look at. Food was really good with 6 veg plus spuds and yorkie. Very Tasty and generous portions. Vegan Vegetarian and Gluten free options offered too. Predominantly LGBT crowd but we felt very welcome (middle aged, straight, old fogeys lol)

I love the Marly but shocked to hear that a friend of ours was groped last night by a couple of women and told it was because she was straight. She is too upset to say anything but I'm sad to know this still happens in a place where we all should be safe ?�

Hey guys, just wanted to say that the Marlborough staff did an amazing job yesterday, it was HEAVING for Pride, super busy but everyone was working so hard to make sure it was still a great space and atmosphere. Even the little things like every time I went to the toilet, there was paper, and there were always staff around to ask for help. Just a special mention to Kazz Douie, I had a slightly awkward encounter with another customer and Kazz was really helpful in helping to move them from my vicinity by just responding to what I asked for without question or delay which was just great :D THANK YOU for helping me have a great Pride weekend :D

Had an incredible night seeing 'The Girl From Oz' Miss Courtney Act herself! Lovely atmosphere as always, will be back soon xxx

Friendliest and most welcoming pub I've been to in a long time. Great quiz with Boogaloo Stu on a Thursday. Just happens to have the finest little theatre in the country upstairs where you can see amazing performance all year round.

A cool place, I needed to film a music video here, and the staff were lovely, friendly/ welcoming, and even reserved part of the building for me so we could have some privacy... the open mic is also good :-)

5 star vegan Christmas dinner..best Christmas dinner I’ve ever had in my life. This place is awesome, the chefs are absolutely phenomenal !

Got our food order wrong. Had to wait for my wife's order to he redone only to be told the main ingredient hadn't been put in and they don't do it even though it said it on the menu. We did accept the spring rolls they gave us but as this was our anniversary meal we left dissatisfied.

Went there to buy a ticket for a show after being told that I can get it at the venue. ( And its advertised on their website that u can ) So I walk down there to be told I can only get it online! wasting my time and i found the staff to be quite rude
