Marmadukes Cafe Deli

Lunch with friends. Food and drinks fantastic although expensive. The tables are much too small to eat comfortably at. I had to perch on the end of a narrow bench. 2 people at a table for 4 just had enough room. Although some reviews found the décor beautiful or interesting I found it cramped and scruffy looking both on the stairs and the top floor. Such a shame.

Not the cheapest but prices are absolutely justified by quality of the products, and selection of freshly cooked foods. Lovely outside area on a sunny day. Serves breakfast, brunches and coffees

Just witnessed a lady falling down the stairs in Marmadukes. Not one member of staff went to her aid. She was only asked if she was ok when at the till paying. Your coffee and food may be wonderful, but your staff seriously need training in customer care. Everyone appreciates a little eye contact and a smile!

Not for those on a budget. Definitely a purveyor in fine quality and a lovely aesthetic. Definitely a place to treat one's self.

Really nice little deli in the heart of Sheffield. Abundance of fresh healthy food options, nice atmosphere. Usually a 10-15 minute wait here at the weekend but definitely worth it. Prices too high for Sheff in my opinion.

Really nice cafe with good coffee. I've yet to try the food but it looks amazing, especially the cakes.

I can understand slow service if a place is busy and it was busy today. However, it felt like service was slow because nobody really cared. We arrived after our friends had already ordered and yet not only did our drinks arrive before theirs but they had to ask for their's. Marmadukes needs to reboot its approach to how customers are made to feel welcomed and valued. The tea and scone were good.

One of the best cafes in Sheffield. Loads of super tasty food for all palettes and dietary requirements. Good authentic coffee. Cracking sandwiches full plate dishes. They are also a deli so you can stock up on the preserved and fresh goodies too. Set in a quiet side street with a few outdoor tables (they provide blankets on cold days). Very popular at lunchtime, so be prepared to wait for a table.

Lovely little cafe in Sheffield. Good for breakfast. Pancakes were good. Bacon sandwich less good.
