Leading from the living room is the bright and airy garden room, with underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for wonderful views over the beck running through the grounds.

Chic and well-equipped, the kitchen has all you need to make a tasty meal for all the family to enjoy. Cooking is sure to be a delight when using the oil Aga, or if you prefer, there is also an electric oven and hot plate for your use. The snug breakfast area is the ideal place to have your morning cup of coffee, although there is a large separate dining room for enjoying family meals. The dining room offers more of a traditional style with an exposed brick wall and French doors leading to the garden.

Step through the French doors and into the extensive garden, and marvel at this wonderful space. In the summer months, make the most of the pizza oven and barbecue and dine al fresco.
