Just bought a CRV from Chris Turner at Marshalls and would fully recommend both Chris and the garage. He was very helpful and went to the bother of collect me from the station and was very thorough in his support right through the process. I have recently brought an Audi A5 sline convertible from Marshalls . I dealt with Chris Turner from start to finish . I can only say what a lovely genuine guy he is and nothing was to much trouble even going to the trouble of even delivering the car from Hull to Cambridge . The transaction from the finance company didn't go to smooth that day after them missing things up but he stayed professional and polite after a 3 hour journey of driving at all times and nothing was to much trouble even talking to his accounts and managers constantly for updates and even though his team member wasn't as helpful he was . If ever I was going to buy a car again my first point of contact would be Chris even though he may run the other direction due to the nightmare that day . Marshalls should be proud to have such a good employee . Can't thank you enough chris for my lovely new car and all the trouble you went to for me huge thank you 🚗

First Class - Went to buy a car from the Used Car Dealer down the road and popped in here afterwards due to the terrible service i received. Hull Honda had the Audi I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Would absolutely recommend them!!

The Marshall Honda sales & service teams are caring & none pushy. Pushy dealers sales guys put me off, I go with an idea of what I want, tell them up front that I am not buying on that day. One dealer did a credit check on me without my permission, when I said I was paying cash. Needles to say I did not buy from them.
