Waited over a month for a call back, ended up buying both our cars from Duckworth in Kirton, much better service.

Bought a car from this dealer and After two days I feel I have made a mistake. There was some body work damage to the vehicle before I bought it but they said it would all be sorted for me before collection. They phone me at home to say it couldn't be done till a week on Wednesday so it was arranged to collect on the Friday after that.Went to collect the car to find no body repairs have been done what so ever so it's going to have to go back for repairs and on top of that I tried to register for the Nissan Connect Ap and what do I find My vehicle registration and vin number don't exist.Tomorrow I'm going back with it for a serious chat that is either sorted or money back.
Got my car back today with the body repairs done, much better now also sorted the not so good dab radio reception, Planet Rock now coming through loud and clear.

Excellent service, good value, efficient and friendly. No pushy salesmen, service tailored to suit and benefit us. Thanks Kevin.

My experience reflects the disability (MOTABILITY) review previous. The young assistant was exceptional. In fact he did everything you would expect from a customer service operative. His superiors left a lot to be desired. As soon as the deal was done (new car) he was made to drop me like a hot potato. One minute he is helping me at the desk on a very quiet saturday . next he has been asked to put me in the waiting area alone facing the TV. The garage is of a similar unhelpful persuasion. The senior staff lacked any personality whatsoever and if it hadn't been for the young assistant I'd have gone elsewhere. As it is I wont be back anyway.

NISSAN have also just been done for rigging vehicle inspection checks, which means they never did them properly, putting us in danger. Mine came with bent isofix fixings and twisted seatbelt fixings in the back.

BBC NEWS 21/10/17 Nissan chief executive Hiroto Saikawa bows at a news conference announcing the recall
Nissan shares fell 2% on Friday after the firm suspended domestic production for two weeks over concerns with its inspection procedures.

The firm will stop production at its six Japanese plants to ensure they comply with safety regulations.

Earlier this month Nissan recalled 1.2m cars after uncertified inspectors conducted checks on domestic models.

Japan's Transport Minister, Keiichi Ishii, said it was unclear how long the misconduct had been going on.

His comments were in response to a report by national broadcaster NHK, which said the practice had been going on for 20 years.

Nissan has declined to directly confirm or deny the NHK report.

Always had a first class service and rapport. Very helpful staff. Nothing is to much for them. Excellent! I own a Citroen and they are extremely helpful. They now have previously trained Citroen mechanics there so this means I now have somewhere local to have my servicing carried out.

I recently visited Marshall Nissan in Boston as I'm considering buying a new car. Because I haven't decided if I'm going to yet I didn't expect the great service I received. I spoke to a lovely guy called Steven who was really helpful, even after I'd explained I wouldn't be buying that day. He still treated me like a 5* customer. I was so impressed that once I decide it's the right time I will definitely be going back.
