Before I started working as the I.T guy at Marshall Shoes I never understood why people spent so much money on shoes. BUT now I know - I have just bought myself a pair of Steptronic Fresno and they feel so good. I always remember my granddad saying that you should always spend money on your bed and your shoes - Because if you're not in one you're in the other. 'What a wise old man'

I ordered a pair of sandals via Amazon but was rung by the company and told I couldn't have them as the colour of one sandal was a different shade to the other. I was very impressed with the customer service as many companies would have sent them out regardless. I have since ordered directly from Marshalls as this is cheaper. Just hope this new pair live up to expectations!

Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received!

Had an issue with a pair of boots purchased a while ago so I sent an email explaining my issue and within a few hours Mr Marshall called me to explain that my boots would be replaced.... I was not expecting that, maybe a repair but he went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. No passing blame, no questioning, no fuss!

Cannot recommend Marshall Shoes enough, and the little gift in the boxes was a "sweet" surprise !

Excellent service. Been searching for these Hotter 'shout' shoes everywhere. They're the only ones I wear for work as they are so comfortable. Received my shoes two days after ordering...and found a free curly wurly in the box. Thanks Marshalls.

Am so impressed with the service from Marshall’s. Was trying to find a pair of out of stock Clark’s shoes locally but the Clarks shops couldn’t help and their customer service couldn’t help either. Came across Marshall’s via the wonder of Google and although the shoes were out of stock on their website, I gave them a ring as the site suggests. Lovely Katie rang the Clarks website and has managed to order me a pair of the shoes I was ‘obsessing over’ (to quote my husband!) It’s fantastic that there’s still a shop that provides proper, good old fashioned customer service. Katie was fantastic on the phone and I really appreciate the trouble she went to. Wish I lived closer (I’m in Shropshire) so I could pop in and say thanks in person but will definitely be keeping an eye on their website. Excellent service �
