Counselling and Psychotherapy for individuals and couples in Central London and near Salisbury. I have been working for 35 years in this field.

I specialise in issues to do with sexuality and with trauma and use methods from humanistic therapies, particularly body psychotherapy and energy psychology. The latest approach I have been training is called Brainspottting and uses neuropsychology to support the person to process and clear the trauma.
All effective therapy happens not from the application of a technique but from a deep attunement between the therapist and the client. I am integrating and developing methods from tantra into my work which can help to speed up the process of therapy.
