This 2009 Ford Focus C-Max came to us with a faulty display on the instrument cluster.
Our technician carried out some testing, diagnosed the problem and carried out a dashboard repair = a happy customer ☺️

ATTENTION - VOLVO WINDSCREEN'S DEBONDING!
We have found a number of our customer's Volvo windscreens to be poorly bonded (factory fitted windscreens only), allowing water ingress into the interior of the car.
The models found to be particularly affected are the XC60 & XC70 2009 - 2011, but we have also seen this problem on the C30's too.
... Please take a look at your Volvo's windscreen, and check for damp patches in the front interior and carpet areas - any debonding should be rectified asap so as to avoid causing any further damage, i.e. to the onboard electrics etc.

Volvo wanted to change my derv particulate filter and service for £1100.00

The families Volvos have been going to Martin Matthewson for years, always a great service at fair prices especially when compared to main dealers. You also get to speak to people who are knowledgeable and helpful in explaining problems rather than a receptionist at the dealership front desk. Don't be put off by the Volvo specialist branding they do an equally excellent job on any make and model. I've certainly seen plenty of other types of car there ranging from cheap to very expensive. I took my Ford Focus ST there today for its major service, brake fluid change as well as an A/C recharge and couldn't be happier with the results. If you have anything that needs doing to your car this little gem of a garage in Cliddesden is the place to go to.

Nothing is ever to much trouble. No job to big or to small.

Wish we'd have found them years ago, would've saved us loads in car changes. Highly recommend to all.
