I had taken my car into Martin Williams as I needed a repair on the front bumper as it was serveley damaged and was told by a member of their staff that they would be able to get a new front bumper for my model of car and would be able to spray it the same colour as the body work. We then negotiated a price for the work and the deal was done.

I received my car back 3 weeks later and noticed the new front bumper was completely a different colour/shade to the body work of my car. I then took my car back into martin Williams and explained to a member of their staff that the colour was not correct. They then agreed to re do the work on my car and fix the problem.

I then received my car back 1 week later and yet again my front bumper was a different colour/shade to my car bodywork. I once again explained to a member of staff who at the time was dealing with my car that the job had been done wrong and one of the replies I recived back was " it's near enough mate you can't hardly tell" I was absolutely abouled with the comment and took things further within the company to resolve the matter. After much grief they then agreed to take my car back once again and resolve the issue for what i thought would be the final time.

1 week later I then recieved my car back with the correct colouring this time. However I then found another problem with my new front bumper and that was the head light washers would not work at all. I once again told the member of staff who was dealing with my car that my head light washers are not working at all. So yet again I had to hand over my car for another repair.

1 day later i received my car back and was told they had forgotten to fit the head light washer fuse which had caused the head washers not to work.

After 5 weeks of stress with this company I then recieved a bill over the the amount that was agreed. It then came to my attention that they had charged me for all of the mistakes they had made to my car!

Months have passed since I have had the work done by Martin Williams and I have recently noticed that the laquer is now starting to peel on my front bumper. I have now had to go to a main dealer to get my car resolved as I have no faith in Martin Williams.

I am abouled with the work that Martin Williams has done to my car and am disgusted with the attitude and customer service i have received. I would advise anyone to go elsewere for your vehicle repairs as Martin Williams is not fit for purpose.

Avoid this company at all costs!, verbally abuse their staff and customers! And treat people like dirt at the bottom of their shoe, they don't deserve good loyal hard working staff. Considering they started off with nothing themselves. staff are monitored by CCTV 24/7 and paid peanuts for the work they do. Accident waiting to happen! Avoid!
