Martindale Lamb

Local lamb, hogget and mutton is available most of the year. A new venture currently selling half and whole animals whilst I establish my branded range.

I am working hard to establish and increase my flock numbers on local rented grazing. Using a fit for purpose ewe, I am utilising the Exlana - a wool shedding breed, currently putting them to an Oxford Down ram to produce fantastic lamb, hogget and mutton.

A grant from the Henry Plumb Foundation is enabling me to create my own branded label "Martindale Lamb" to sell direct to the public and grow my small business.

I have lots of ideas and even more to learn but it's an exciting journey : )
