Wonderful staff, great location. Very comfortable and clean

We stood only one night and discovered this "heart of City" hotel . Ideal situation intown, excellent cleanliness , and surprisingly wide rooms . No luxury of course , but an excellent "price/service ratio".

We spent 4 days there and everything was nice, comfortable, clean and with good taste, even the Christmas decorations at the entrance were great! The hotel is well located near the underground station, a bus stop in front of the door, in a typical English street. The room was with 2 levels, with a kitchenette, tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge! The bed was very comfortable. The place was quiet. The receptionnist we met at our arrival was very sympathetic. We will definitely come back there!!!

That was the best evening spent in the London. Fabulous food,unbelievable taste cocktails, great service and attention to detail. Atmosphere was warm and amazing.Thanks to everyone that made our evening unique.

Me and my husband and our dog stayed here friday 26th till sunday 28th but we wanted to stay till monday so we payed an extra night without no problem..all staff was very nice and polite..we loved every minute of our time at the hotel and in london..the room was excellent..very clean and lovely and fresh..i would advise anybody thats going to london to stay here..very welcoming and homely..definitely recommend...

I have stayed this weekend in Family room and again, (it is my second time at this Hotel) all was wonderful. Clean, warm, no noise room. The located is perfect, walking to Oxford St (10 minutes), Regents Park (5 minutes)... The only I missed is this Hotel has not a restaurant for Breakfast but you have the possibility to buy yourself in the supermarket or go out, many options. If this Hotel had the restaurant it will be great!!!

Had a great stay in a fabulous location. A lovely room with everything you could need and a great nights sleep.

Excellent location, close to underground and busses, food places, clean room, helpful staff, very enjoyable stay! Very helpful with late check out as well, which made a huge difference to me as I was flying at night.

Clean, tidy, modern rooms, great location, no fuss check in/out, a brilliant find for the price/area.

Clean functional rooms with kitchens, attentive staff, animal friendly. Couldn't ask for more in such a prime location.

Clean and tidy rooms, the perfect location for touring London with the bus stop right in front and Baker Street Tube 5 mins walk away. The staff have made this stay most pleasant and enjoyable.



The room came with a kitchenette which meant we were able to save money on breakfast by eating in and buying all we need at the nearby Tesco and Sainsbury. There was a mini fridge, microwave, cutlery, plates, bowls, tea cups and saucers. There were also coffee and tea for you as well.

Very welcoming hotel with friendly staff. Modern room with kitchenette and ensuite which was cosy and clean. An excellent base for exploring all of London with its very close proximity to Baker Street and bus stop outside. Hotel has four floors and lower floor with stairs which was not a problem for us but could be for older people so request a lower floor. Definitely would recommend hotel!

Nice and clean hotel. Rooms are well equipped. Very friendly staff. Hotel is well located with a lot of eating options, from breakfast over lunch to dining nearby and within walking distance of Oxford Street and Baker Street Underground.

Grumpy reception. Told I had no choice but to clamp 4 flights of stairs despite asthma. Got to the room which was fine but remove didn't work, no internet reception, shower very weak water flow and extremely hot. Obviously wasn't going to go down the 4 flights of stay to complain!

I made a call and found receptionist incredibly short-tempered and rude. Very poor attitude to work towards public
