Getting your money back.
It’s nearly here, that time of year when we rush out to the shops to spend money we don’t have on presents for people who don’t need them. Well some of us anyway. In all this rush do you know your consumer rights on the stuff you buy?
Most products bought online can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. This includes the cost of any standard postage you paid at the time of order. (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
... You do not have to have a reason for the return, you can simply change your mind. You will have to pay the cost of the return but you should receive your money back for the original purchase in full.
