We stumbled across this restaurant today hungry a little hung over and looking for somewhere nice to eat we were well looked after and decided to have the Sunday Dinner the food was brilliant perfectly seasoned rolled beef. A brilliant dining experience. Thank you

Top lunch. Top surroundings. Top staff. Top! Top! Top! I can’t praise the staff enough, personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. Two little people and a mum with memory issues in our party all catered for without a fuss. Thanx to Luca who looked after us and Ben who took over seamlessly, (enjoy your sabbatical). I predict a great future for this gaff. Highly recommended!

Outstanding. In my opinion one of the best restaurants in Manchester at the moment. We were supposed to eat there in April but unfortunately they had an issue with the kitchen and had to close. I was mailed and text and phoned to apologise. I then got an email during the week again apologising but offering a 40% discount for us to rebook. On arrival yesterday, the maitre d brought us a bottle of prosecco to AGAIN apologise for cancelling. This was all very much appreciated.

Not often I leave a review, but this place is very special. Gorgeous interiors, very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Friendly, fun, patient and extremely knowledgable staff who really know their stuff (food and drink). Incredible food - the brioche butter pudding was the star, not eaten a dessert that good in a long time. Thanks for a great night! Well worth a visit.

My husband and I eat out frequently and I rarely leave reviews, but on this ossasion I am compelled to. The food and service absolutely blew our mind's. Every mouthful must be savoured to appreciate the work that goes in to each dish. Well done to all the staff �

It was excellent service and food at Masons. We had steak for our dinner and it was very nice and perfectly cooked with some baby cherry tomatoes on it. The dessert was very nice too. We will call again soon!

Had a few drinks and some food. Food was very good. The waiter was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Liked the Masonic allusions in the decor. Very well done and worthy of the great old building.

Beautiful venue classy fittings and fixtures. Food was delicious different and very well presented. Unfortunately a mix up re wine order meant we didn’t have any but as we started with a martinis � and finished with a dessert wine it wasn’t missed . Nice to see an excellent selection of English wines.

Attended an event at the Manchester Hall and decided to have a drink at the Masons Bar before heading back home. The people working in the bar were warm and very helpful. They provided us with menus and explained the bar had recently opened and the menu looked like it was worth trying so we have plans to do breakfast and dinner going forward.

Another fab lunch! Cocktail of the day - Negroni yesssss. Burrata with beets and chard. Lamb loin with mashed cannelli beans, salsa Verde and curly crisp potatoes . Gin and tonic jelly with grapefruit panacotta, pistachios and strawberries. Great lunch, super service in elegant surroundings - loved it!

6 of us ate from the lunch menu so between us we had a wide selection of dishes and each one was amazing! £9.95 for main course and glass of wine so excellent value! The decor is lovely and they even brought me a dessert with candle for my birthday! Highly recommend!

Went for lunch and the food was excellent. Loved the goats cheese in pistachio starter. Bit disappointed that one of the main course choices on the lunch menu was 'not ready' and this was 2pm? Service was very attentive throughout and great attention to detail. Nice to see a restaurant like this in a grand building. Recommended. Worth noting that service charge is added to the bill.
