We went to Master Debonair today for my fiancé's wedding suit and the service was beyond fantastic!! Having driven all the way from Southampton, we were slightly apprehensive that we would have had a wasted journey...far from it!



We were served mainly by a very friendly, very helpful young girl with some input from an equally friendly and helpful man. She took a real interest in our wedding and was able to offer excellent advice and nothing was too much bother (I was very picky when it came to ties!!).



I would highly recommend this place!! Totally worth the 8 hour drive!! Thank you so much...I'm a very happy bride!!

We ordered the men's suits for the wedding from master debonair.

Nothing was too much trouble for them.



The staff were very supportive and helpful, it took a load of stress off.

I would highly recommend this shop, the service is second to none!!

The effort they put in shows. Little touches like putting name tags on the suits so they knew who's was who, and they arrived in beautiful suit bags.

Picked up some things fro Master Debonair this week. Thier clothes are really very very nice. I would recommend the service they provide and will be back to purchase again. They have excellent customer service and replied to all my emails very quickly. The things I ordered came within 2 days. I returned one item as I wanted to swap it for another one ( my own fault I was trying to be different ) but I had it sent back and a replacement back to me within 4 days. My wife and I drove from Leeds to pick out our suits for my step sons wedding. Holly helped us with choosing what we wanted and the alterations. Can't wait for them to be delivered now. Thanks very much, lunch up the road at the cafe was great too �.

My partner bought me a tailored suit from MD. When it come the trousers were a little tight and i needed them for a wedding the day after so I contacted the shop and they asked me to come to their warehouse. They were more than happy to readjust them straight away and i got them back a couple of hours later. Absolutely amazing customer service and a great bunch of people!

I visited the shop on Saturday morning after driving down from Fife in Scotland. The shop looks amazing and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you for your help and I’ll be looking forward to wearing my new suits.

Following on from the review I left in January I wanted to reappraise.

After our last visit you promised to put right the experience we had and you certainly delivered on that promise!!

With regular communication from Jacqui to arrange the appointment today we had the bloody wonderful Luke Westgate come to our house with a range of suits for us to try.

From start to finish today the service was impeccable and Luke is an absolute credit to your brand/ business. Luke was given a tough job having to come to our house after the review we left and he admitted he was apprehensive.... but I really hope that he was able to see we are not awkward/ difficult people and the original review we left was down to sheer disappointment rather than being bitchy.

That disappointment is now quashed and we could not be happier!! We have now purchased our Wedding suits, my Fiancé, Dad and our son are absolutely buzzing about them and I am one very happy bride-to-be.

I can’t wait to come back up to you guys for the final fitting and I will be recommending you to anyone and everyone I speak to!

Had an appt booked for sat to choose wedding suits.

Arrived and the staff were gr8. Very friendly and took the time to listen to what i wanted and gave me expert advice when i ended up stressing myself out cause i coudnt choose from the outstanding selection of suits they have. Love the place will be back soon.

Fantastic service and some amazing suits for our wedding. The team knew exactly what they were talking about, and went out of their way to ensure we could have the exact suit in the sizes required. A really quality experience from start to finish.

Can’t thank the guys at Master Debonair more. Made the long trip up from Leicestershire over the Easter weekend to buy suits for my upcoming wedding. Really warm welcome on arrival (even given a Master Debonair Ale 🍻🍺🍻 to take the edge off the journey !!). Really knowledgable staff and got exactly what I’d hope for. Both me and my best man needed the same size suits and unfortunately they didn’t have 2 in stock to take away but they surpassed expectations in having all the suits delivered to my door within a week of my visit (was told 2 weeks !). Super happy with my decision to visit (I’d been asked so many times from friend and family why I’m travelling at that way), but the service we received completely justified my decision ! Keep up the good work guys and gals 👍🏻👍🏻

Cannot praise this store enough, Jacqui was outstanding and went above and beyond to sort suits for my sister's wedding and really pulled it out of the bag.

Called in to your digs today, made to feel welcome from walking through the door, the guys in store, the main guy we dealt with has only been with you a few week ( although you wouldn't think that), they were SO professional, very informative and knowledgeable in the design, styling and were able to offer advice on various options .

The quality of suits in store were great, needless to say, i walked out kitted out with a belter of a 3 piece suit.

Would recommend your place to any guy wanting a great professional service and good quality gear.

Beautiful suits at a really affordable price. I was recommended the shop by friends although we live in Hartlepool thought we would pop through for a look. Welcomed by really friendly lady and gent, (he looked very dapper in his waistcoat) asked what we had in mind and my son told them what we had seen online , he knew instantly which suit we were talking about and took us straight to it but my son was distracted by a different suit. The guy grabbed 3 pieces and guessed the right size straight away of what we would need. Didn’t bother to try another suit on and we took it away there and then. Well packaged too. Would recommend this shop 100% for service quality and value. Thanks for making my son stand out in the crowd at his prom �

After seeing the suits on here and having a browse through the website on Sunday, decided to treat myself to a new suit and brogues and, could not be happier so smart and comfortable. Delivered on Tuesday after ordering it on Sunday night so I can't fault anything, far from it, top job guys I'm well chuffed just need a pocket watch now �

Traveled all the way from Scotland to purchase a suit from here yesterday and when arrived there was a girl that never even acknowledged we had came in so looking around and she was too busy to help us then a Asian gentleman had came in with a delivery and he was very helpful over all experience was poor but have unique stock but I did buy a suit.
