We were helped in store today by two lovely members of staff Sarah and Mandy H. They were awesome.

Nothing was too much trouble as we had the running in and out of the store room and found me a coat that fitting perfect. Thank you girls your customer service is second to none. You are 5*****. We will be back.

You knock spots of the staff at Trowbridge (our home store).

Very helpful staff I was pleased how they helped me

The ladies instore are fab. Wanted a certain unicorn suitcase for my little girls that had sold out online and they called around for me and had some sent to Weymouth store.

Also Matalan online are just as fab!! Excellent customer service- well done Matalan!!! Xx

Thank you so much for your help today! My daughters 'tigery' had lost its tag. This really upset my daughter as she likes to keep the tags on her toys! Your staff today very kindly popped the tag back on! Beth any says thank you very much and she will shop there so she can keep saying thank you! !!
