Trowbridge Matalan is always clean & tidy and lots of staff around to help. The products are great and at really good prices.

This store always has just what I'm looking for, particularly the home stuff which I think is fab and great value. There is always someone to help too

Can spend hours in here and always buy too much. cant help myself as there is so much gorgeous things to buy.

Brilliant staff assistance, lovely clothing range and good quality. I Always shop here for my kids and myself. Great prices and a lovely place to shop in.

Too slow processing on online orders ���

Rude rude rude my partner tried to return a jumper brought within 24 hours he washed it left it to dry as the tag said and it shrinks he gets told by Chloe the assistant manager for 7 years as she stated that he must have brought a replacement top for another one and tried to swap firstly why would he try to replace a top with the same one if he knows it shrinks and why would she feel the need to call him a liar if there is a fault with the product which there obviously was she should have just done the return not stood there like everyone is below her I will be taking this further it’s disgusting and people like her make places like primark even better than before I would rather travel than return to this store as an assistant manager she should set an example to other members of staff and that is the wrong way to go about it
