Matchbox Audio Description
Matchbox Audio is a small project studio, until now it has just been for my personal use but I am now open for bands, artists, singers and songwriters who are wanting to get a decent sounding CD /Mp3 at a reasonable price. Situated within a short walk of Crawley town centre and I aim to offer an evening session for around the same price as your average rehearsal room would cost. I also play drums, bass, guitar and some keys so if you're just a singer /songwriter we can turn your idea into something that sounds like a full band. Obviously the more time spent on a song the higher quality we can achieve, so, if you're just after quickly capturing one song idea, remixing or adding extra tracks to an existing recording, singing over a backing track, or producing an entire album of songs we can arrange sessions over one or several nights. The studio capability is not just limited to recording, however. Audio restoration and other advanced alterations can be carried out for example; I have created and edited soundtracks for theatre productions and shows. My work has also appeared on local FM radio stations such as BBC Southern Counties and SUSY Radio Redhill.
The studio isn't the biggest in the world, (hence the name) but it is fully ventilated and air conditioned. We've managed to fit five piece Bands in there! Every band /artist is different however, and there are plenty of different ways to record, so get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.
