Matfen Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa is situated in the charming village of Matfen in the heart of rural Northumberland. It is the ancestral home of Sir Hugh and Lady Blackett, who have lovingly restored the building into one of the finest hotels in the North East.

Golf- A 27 hole championship course, par 3 course and driving range (please check website for seasonal opening times).

Aqua Vitae Spa- treatments available (Saturday- Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday and Friday 10am-7pm) spa facilities including a 16 metre pool, Jacuzzi, aromatherapy room, sauna, steam room, ice fountain, monsoon shower and fully equipped Techno Gym (Open Monday- Friday 6: 30am-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 6: 30am-9pm, Children’s Times: 10am-12pm, 4pm-7pm daily)

Our Library Restaurant has been awarded two AA rosettes and offers a fine dining experience in a traditional setting. Serving afternoon tea 2. 30pm – 5. 30pm Monday to Saturday, 4pm – 5. 30pm Sunday. Bookings for evening dinner available 6: 30pm-9pm daily.
