Today is World Mental Health Day, and this year's focus is on young people and mental health in a changing world. Our Looking after your Mental Health book explores many issues that young people might face such as friendship concerns, family difficulties, dealing with relationships and lots more. It provides top tips for talking about your mental health, and strategies to help young people to deal with the issues that they might be facing.
For the remainder of this week, this book will be on special offer at £6, as we feel this is a topic that should be more openly discussed and this book offers great starting points for those sometimes difficult conversations 😊
