For those wondering what a balanced diet should consist of -
Green: fruits and vegetables Orange: starch carbohydrates (Both green and orange should make up the majority of your plate)... Pink: Proteins Blue: dairy Purple: oils and spreads (fats)
Sugary foods such as chocolate, crisps, sweets etc should be kept to a minimum.
As well as eating a well balanced diet you should also remember to stay hydrated to ensure that you get the most out of every workout! 6-8 glasses per day is recommended.
