About Me: I have over 10 years mental health experience and 5 years working in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I studied at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at King's College, London.
I have a strong interest in working with Anxiety Disorders and Depression as well as helping manage the day to day stresses that plague our busy lives. I regularly attend BABCP workshops as well as other training opportunities to maintain and increase my knowledge.
