ANNOUNCEMENT: Following a fantastic few years in Peacehaven, due to personal reasons and career opportunities we will be moving back to Leatherhead with reduced opening hours. Because of this we will no longer be taking on new work in the Peacehaven/ Brighton areas and will now be looking to take on projects in the Leatherhead/ Epsom district. Please note all existing projects will carry on as normal for the remainder of the project. Project Update: We are delighted to announce that Rosemount Close, Seaford has finally been awarded its Permitted Development certificate following a mix-up between the local council and planning portal 🙃
Also due to unfortunate circumstances we will not be getting completed photos of The Gardens, Southwick until 2020, however we have posted some in progress photos that you can check out in the photos folder 📸

Project Update: Following initial rejection from Brighton council the new updated drawings have now been approved for Crabtree ave, new two storey side extension, photos to follow 📸

Rear single storey extension Design options

A complete refurbishment with a new side and rear single storey extension. When a private property developer brought this 1930's semi detached house, parts of the property were falling down and the garden looked more like a jungle. It has now been transformed into a beautiful family home. Equipped with an extra bedroom, second lounge, utility and large kitchen diner built into the new extension. The property was unsurprisingly only on the market for a short time before being... purchased. MAP Ltd provided the planning and construction drawings while maintaining a presence on site throughout the construction process. All completion photos were also taken by MAP Ltd in-house photographer.
