When my husband and I planned our wedding, we were nervous about buying our platinum wedding bands from jewelers that we didn't know, so my step-mother suggested we buy them from her local jeweler as she insisted the service was excellent and trustworthy. We live in Surrey, so it is a bit of a trek, but we were really happy with the wonderful service we received there. The day after our wedding, my fingers began to swell due to a health condition and the ring has been unwearable for me since. A year later, we were able to return to have it re-sized so that I can finally wear it. Not only did they insist on not charging us for the work as we had purchased the ring from them originally, they even offered to deliver the ring to my step-mother's shop in the next street so that noone had to come in to collect it. If I could award 6 stars, I would.

We are always well looked after - and always had time for a chat with my dad (Bob Green) - mum loves her presents that we brought - and we have had bracelets made from his "ball and chain" necklace - that we wear with pride

This is the only jewellery shop I use in town, very friendly and very helpful staff, all your jewellery needs in one shop at great prices and some lovely unique pieces ❤️ xxx

Love this jewellers! Have bought several items and always pleasant.Came in August for an anniversary present for my hubby and came away with a lovely ChloBo bracelet for him (which he loves) will certainly be buying more :-)

I will be honest and say that I have not had the pleasure YET of coming into your shop BUT from what I have seen and read here on FB I know that once I have some spare time my experience is going to be wonderful :-)

I went into this shop for the first time recently. The service was excellent and they were very patient. gift was beautifully wrapped and a good price. It was so nice that I will definitely visit again.

I received a Linda Macdonald necklace for Christmas from my husband and it is beautiful. Andrea kindly sent the necklace gift wrapped to my husband to arrive on a specific day to coincide with my husband’s day off (we live in Lincoln and he couldn’t get to the shop). One end of the wrapping was left open so he could carefully take it out of the box and check it was the correct one. The service was outstanding and the necklace has a special meaning as my mum passed away earlier in the year. The little rabbit looking up at the star on it has significant meaning as we have had a star named after her. It was a perfect gift choice and I couldn’t be happier with it. I would highly recommend Andrea and her team to anyone

I like that whatever you purchase its always wrapped so beautifully and the staff are patient and offer helpful advice. I would love to win because I would give them to my mum as she rarely treats herself!

From being a little girl I have grown up with maudes even having my ears pierced for the first time. Its the only jewellers in the town I buy from and will stay that way for many years. Keep up the good work xxx

Best jewellers in the town we got my engagement ring from there and my wedding ring and as soon as we got home from honeymoon we went straight back in and got my eternity ring . Best in town and I should know I worked in one of the others x

Am so excited about my recent jewellery purchase. I lost my mum last year and wanted to buy a ring to remind me of her. I knew the minute I tried the ring on. It was perfect. Thank you Andrea and the girls at Maudes for making my wish come true ����xx

Always a friendly helpful place to visit, have been in twice recently once with a broken/damaged bracelet, which was replaced without any problem. Secondly to buy a present, staff very pleasant, helpful making you feel most welcome!
