Make sure you know the company policy on returns before you pay unless you want your time and money wasted.

I wish i could give 0 starts instead of 1. The guys working there dont have any idea of what are they doing, i went to print a normal document pdf but they dont even know how to open this kind of documents in internet explorer, i tried to explain then but they totally ignored me blaming me for the 'bad link of the document' , totally incompetent people, 3 persons there and no one could do it xD

One employee, Joe Stockwell, was very considerate. I received a high quality mug and shirt from him. 8/10

Came into the store today to do a mini photo shoot for my daughter's 7th birthday. The staff were so helpful and very friendly.

Went here to get passport photos done. Very fast service and they do digital copies on a USB stick for no extra cost.

I truly believe that these guys should start doing something different... They lack elementary, most basic knowledge of HOW to take photos and how to use a camera. Going there you can be sure you will get a photograph that will NOT meet the requirements of any institution or authorities that need your photo.

Now that I wasted there some time and 20 quid myself on a photo which will never ever be accepted as a photo for the US visa as there are shadows clearly visible on it, I strongly advise you to AVOID this place. You can take a better snap with your own smartphone in your own room provided there is plenty of sunlight in your room, have a white wall to create a good background and know the proportions you need to preserve.
One good thing is that the staff were very friendly. They should just do something different. Turn their photo shop into a green grocer's or a newsagent's... WHATEVER but dealing with photography...

Wish I could give this place 0 stars and just review it. The worst photo developing experience of my life. With the most unprofessional and inexperienced staff ever! There's no other way to describe the staff who served me as STUPID. And there were 3 of them! All as clueless as each other!
So...when I first entered the store, I asked "do you develop film?" the lady had no idea, (as soon as I realised how gormless and clueless she was, I should have left!!!). She said she didn't know, and turned to another member of staff to ask if they developed film. The other lady said yes they did. Although neither of them knew how much it was, they had to ask another member of staff (the manager I think - although this didn't make her any more professional). When I asked how long it would be till I could pick it up, one lady told me I wouldn't be able to on that day... This confused me, as it is usually 1 hour pick up...I told her this, and she asked her manager again when I could pick it up and the manager replied 1 hour. This was fine, so I went on my way, sat with my book in a coffee shop. I lost track of time and ended up returning to the store 1 hour and a half later. When I went back in, the women saw me and all tried to avoid me. I was standing there for about 5 minutes until one of the women told me they were having some problems, could I come back in another hour? This annoyed me very much as I had already gave them half an hour extra but I went away anyway and went back to reading in a coffee shop. They soon called me and told me the 'machine had broken' whilst it was processing my film and that they had lost everything. The woman told me on the phone that if I went back, they would refund me. Absolutely heartbroken, as these pictures meant A LOT to me and were irreplaceable, I went back, got blanked by the manager who couldn't even looking at me, she didn't apologise!! All I got was an awkward apology from the stupid woman who served me (I'm not even sorry for calling her stupid) and a refund. I was so mad I asked them (kindly) if they could also refund me the roll of film they had messed up, since that had cost me £9!!! THIS DOES NOT MAKE UP FOR THE TRUST LOST WHEN I HAND MY FILM OVER TO CAMERA STORES NOW. Nor does it replace the sentimental photos that I had put so much effort and love into!!!
I took the roll they had messed up to Jessops across town. I broke down crying and told the extremely professional and understanding man what had happened. That they had ruined my film and lost everything. He took one look at the crumpled roll which had splotches all over it, it was crumpled and creased all down it, it was torn and had holes in. God knows what they had done to it to mess it up so badly! He said the machine couldn't have possibly gave it the blotches, he said they must have messed it up with the chemicals before it even went in the machine!!! He even tried to retrieve my photos for me! I definitely trusted him more than them, especially considering I have taken my film to this particular Jessops store before and had no problems! ...I always got my film back from Jessops! Because they literally had one job. DEVELOP MY PHOTOS.
So basically... THESE STAFF ARE NOT EXPERIENCED OR PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO HANDLE YOUR SENTIMENTAL PROPERTY. They didn't have a clue about cameras or film or developing. All 3 should be fired! 2 blonde girls and the manager was brown haired with glasses. Would recommend Jessops, or DS colour labs LTD in Manchester! They are TWICE as cheap and always professional!!

Staff are really friendly, and the photos I had printed were broadly fine.

Got 2 x A3 photo prints. Asked that they were kept flat, staff insisted they didn't have anything big enough to keep them flat and that they would be fine rolled in a poster tube. I asked how wide the poster tube was (wider = less curl in the paper), reply "wide enough". They were in fact presented rolled with a slip of taped paper wrapped around the middle and in a plastic bag. Despite being extremely careful carrying them home, there are now permanent creases, which have ruined the photos. Extremely rude staff who don't seem to understand how photographic paper should be handled.
