If you suffer from lower back pain or stiffness, watching this video and following the advice we give will benefit you massively!
We start off with a bit of rolling on the lower back muscles which will help to ease off the muscles and release tight areas, then we progress into some stretches to increase mobility and flexibilty.
If you give these exercises a go let us know how they worked for you.

Here’s the 3rd video of our rolling and mobility series. Today we’re focusing on quads and hip flexors.
As mentioned in our previous video, it’s important to combine any rolling with some form of mobility exercises if you’re wanting to elicit long term improvements in flexibility or joint mobility.
So I’ve included a couple of effective quad and hip flexor specific exercises you can combine with the rolling to do just that.
... Give this little routine a go and let me know how much better you feel!

Here’s the 2nd video of our rolling and mobility series. Today we’re focusing on hamstrings.
For anyone that foam rolls their hamstrings already will know the struggle of trying to get any sort of release. Due to the position of the hamstrings it’s difficult to create any tension via a foam roller. However, by using a hard ball you can start to target specific areas of the hamstring, specifically the origin at the hip (which you will most likely gain the most relief from).
Al...ternatively, if you never roll or do mobility exercises then this will also be of great help to you, especially if you sit at a desk all day as part of your job or you already suffer with lower back pain.

Here’s the first video of our hockey/lacrosse ball series starting at the bottom with the feet, ankles and calves.
I demonstrate exactly how to use the ball to get more out of your foam rolling. The reason for using the ball is that the surface area of a ball is much smaller than a foam roller so you’re able to isolate areas within muscles much better.
By releasing your feet, ankles and calves you can follow this up with some mobility exercises to optimise your stretching and... mobility workouts.
Rolling itself is a fantastic tool but to retain long term benefits you must combine it with other exercises.
Here I show you how to roll this area and what exercise you could follow it up with.
Thanks for watching. Remember if you liked the video please like, share and comment 😁

Continuing on from our video yesterday where we focussed on preventing rounded shoulders. Here's a few more exercises which will help encourage better posture and general shoulder health. For jobs that require siting down a lot these tips will be very beneficial.
As mentioned in the video if you have resricted mobility in your thoracic spine you will also struggle to move and this may cause pain. This is why it is important to take care of your body and it really is as simple... as spending 10-15 minutes per day on the exercises we have provided. After completeing these exercises on a regular basis and you don't feel the benefits you hoped to have, book in with us and we will help figure out the issue and get you back to 100%!
Let us know how you found these exercises and if they helped. Don't forget to like, share and comment.

In this video we’re targeting poor posture and rounded shoulders.
Due to our more sedentary lifestyles and increasing number of desk jobs we’re starting to see more and more people struggling with postural issues.
These postural issues are caused by over activation of the anterior (front) muscles and under activation of the posterior (back) muscles.
... Here’s a great little daily routine that you can do to activate those sleeping muscles on your back and around the shoulder blades to improve posture and general shoulder health.
Give them a go!
