If you fancy some core body workout, check out these fellas:

Spaces are limited, so be sure to message and reserve your space!

Next course beginning next week!

User

You asked for it, you got it 😄 A little bit of #animalflow yoga practice to keep you going until next time. Just don’t forget to keep engaging that core! 💪 I’ve resisted getting behind the camera until now 😅 due to this being requested by so many of you, so feel free to request more! Not making any promises though 🌚

User

That was a hot couple of classes last night...make sure you bring some water with you whilst we have this lovely warm weather!

User

There is no yoga today, but have this video to motivate you to do something else! 🤛💪 (Honestly this genuinely motivates me so much 😅)

User

Looks like we have a winner! By just 2 reactions... Sarah Bond, you have won 5 free classes for you and a friend! But as Philip Davis was the real star of the show, i think its only fair that he is that friend 😉 Well done to everyone else, loved seeing all the yoga happening off of the mats!

What exactly is a "down dog"? How do I do a "sun salutation"? What do you mean breathe into my belly?!
Join me for a couple of hours as I give you a total breakdown of what to find in most yoga classes.
... We will take time to explore each of the most commonly used poses in a class, with hands on adjusting to each pose. I will explain all the ideas and phrases you'll generally find in a practice, with plenty of time for any and all questions you may have. Time will be spent on the Asanas (poses), the Pranayamas (breathing techniques) and then the class will finish with a guided relaxation so you feel refreshed and rejuvenated for your weekend ahead with all your new yoga knowledge!
By the end, you'll know your "updog" from your "downdog"; a meditation from a relaxation; your Vinyasa from your Ujjayi; your Namaste from your "Nah i'm leaving!"
£15 per person, and spaces are limited so contact and pre-booking is essential.

To have a chance of winning 5 classes for free for you and a friend, read on 👀
“I can’t do yoga because I’m not flexible” is a common statement I hear...I have been practicing yoga for just over 3 years, teaching for almost 2, yet there are many, many poses that I am not flexible enough to “do”. Does that mean I can’t do yoga?
For example, this pose...It is far from being put on the front page of some glossy yoga magazine.... 😅
... 🧘‍♀️ Yoga is not about using the body to get into a pose. It is about using a pose to get into the body. 🧘‍♂️
For a chance to win the class packs, post a photo of your not so perfect poses below, and the one who has the most reactions will win! (Hot tip. Just have some fun.) 🤸‍♂️
✌️ Good luck!! ✌️

Health. Derived from an old English word meaning “wholeness.” The whole exists in 2 parts. That which is form, and that which is formless. Yang and Yin. Breath, energy and mind states are the formless in which we exist that continuously affect the form that we are. Give yourself 2 hours this Sunday to find your whole.

User

About them classes that be today/tomorrow/Wednesday 👍

User

Mastery over others requires force. Mastery over the self requires strength.
⚠️ CHALLENGE! ⚠️ Can you do this pose?? Post your results below....the best pose/fail might even win a free class 😉

User

Covering a class tomorrow morning, 9:30am in fleet at the Harlington centre, so if you can make it then come along 😄

User

I don't agree with a lot of these silly yoga crazes, but this is not silly in the slightest. Pizza yoga EVERYDAY 🍕🍕🍕 P.s...Yogis who bring someone new to class gets a £5 credit to a £35 class pack 😃✌️

Since joining Max's class I have:

- Been seeing the chiropractor less! She is commenting every time I see her that she needs to to less and less work, and that slowly my core is getting stronger.

- Stopped taking painkillers for all kinds of aches and nerve pain.

- Started sleeping better / waking up less crooked in the morning.

- Relaxed more than I realised I could / needed to!

- Got a lot of flexibility back.

- Noticed an increase in my energy levels, and I'm more concious about what I eat.

The classes are friendly and relaxed, but you feel motivated to push yourself if you want to. Max is so helpful and his explanation of each posture and the benefits you will gain from each one are .

Yogi 4 life - thanks to Max!

One of the highlights of my week!

Having never done yoga before I was uncertain about joining a class, but felt welcome straight away.

I have definitely improved and have more flexibility. The next day aches are worth it!

User

Max's yoga classes are a wonderful challenge to your existing practise as he encourages you to go further with options galore in all the poses. His instruction is clear and easy to follow and the class always goes very quickly thanks to the natural flow of his direction. Thank you Maxi

User

Max makes yoga fun & accessible for all levels. His classes have enough humour & fun but retain focus on why we are there. I'd recommend Max's classes to both beginners & those who want to push their limits too. My friends & I have been attending his classes for a number of months now & always feel energised afterwards & like we've had a serious workout.

Namaste.

I started coming to Max's classes a couple of months ago on a recommendation from a friend and I love the classes. Max is a fab teacher, I started as a complete beginner and was welcomed straight away, the classes are relaxed enough that you don't feel self conscious but I always push myself and leave feeling energised

User

I have been trying to get back to yoga since doing it for a short period of time when I was 18. How perfect that I can attend Max's classes up to 3 times a week. Flexibility is the key to keeping mobile and active as we get older and I intend to be dancing into my grave. Max enables me to keep this intention with his classes which push you as hard as you wish to go.

User

I enjoyed my first class with Max

Im not very good at the moves but im sure i will improve

The atmosphere was light hearted

User

I always enjoy coming to May's yoga classes. They are fun and always different so you never know what to expect. He is an excellent teacher and I leave with a body that feels more flexible and energised! I have now started his meditation classes and am sure they will be just as enjoyable.

User

Have only been to two of Max’s yoga classes but am enjoying it so much. He is very relaxed but focused and helps and supports all no matter what you can or can’t do. Would highly recommend his classes to anyone who needs to learn how to relax and empty their minds
