Important notice. It is with great sadness that I have decided to take a break from Baby Yoga and Massage. I simply have so much going on with Zumba®, Kaitlyn and everything else that goes with being a Mom! I feel that I need some time to me so I can manage the rest of my schedule!
I do hope you understand and of course apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. I'm not saying I'll never be back but for the foreseeable future there will be no classes.
... I do want to say, thank you to everyone who has attended and supported me and spread the word about classes. It truly has meant the world to me. Good luck and bless you all xxx

The sessions are structured around memorable and fun songs with different yoga moves for each song. My son loves the songs and I love keeping up with his flexibility by doing the moves. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Also, the fact that it’s a pay as you go session means that my son and I turn up each week because we want to, not because we have to.

Loved the flexibility of this group. Mayogassage was the only class I attended where you didn't have to commit to a block booking. The price was very reasonable too. My little boy picked up some of his favourite songs to date at this group... #Elephants have wrinkles ;-) will definitely be going back with baby number 2.

Love this class, fantastic value for money. Anita is fab and made us feel very welcome. Little one sleeps so well after each session



Massage class was excellent and a fraction of the price of others- thoroughly enjoyed it- little one still enjoys a massage now at 10 months.



I'm really going to miss our Thursdays now I'm back at work. Thank you so much Anita. You've captured his attention each week and even now he is cruising he still loves his exercise class- xxx

Attended baby massage class, my son loved it and so did i, also helped with his colic which was a lifesaver!! Anita is a fab teacher, so friendly and very informative..we've also attended baby yoga which was lots of fun too..we'll definitely be attending again x

Anita, where to even begin when the girls have already said it so well?! I first brought Erin along to Baby Yoga at just 6 weeks old, it was such a welcome escape from endless nappy changes and feeds, and more importantly, my own company. I was greeted by friendly faces, chatting and banter - I felt totally relaxed and at ease. It was just what I needed and Erin loved the songs too. Plus, Baby Yoga = more sleep. Win win

As time went on, great friendships grew and both Erin and I looked forward to our Thursday catch ups.

I can't believe that almost a year has passed and our journey has come to an end (for now ) I cannot thank you enough for the fun and friendship I've found over the last 11 months and will miss you greatly, as will the little lady that you have helped shape and grow. You have given her such wonderful experiences.

Any Mommies out there, get yourself to these classes. You'll never look back!
