Mcdonald'S

Went in the newly refurbished McDonald's yesterday I was pleasantly surprised by the changes. Whilst the basic layout remains the same what has changed is that the ordering and pick up has been divided into two separate stations which seemed to reduce the queue and waiting time which was often a problem with this branch before. They have also introduced a screen displaying the status and progression of your order which I found a major improvement.
The click and collect service has also been introduced. I don't know if they have the free McDonald's WiFi yet but I've downloaded the app anyway.
I think the changes made here should greatly improve their customer service.
After this is supposed to be fast food isn't it ?.
Well done McDonald's.

Closed yet again for refurbishment for the second time in a few years...

With no prior warning to it AGAIN...

The closest Mcdonalds is at least 2 miles away... You've chosen a ridiculous time of year to do these refurbishments when it the busiest time of the year... More fool you.

Always rather busy and generally only 2 tills operating . Though food quality is typical Maccy D's . Staff are helpful .

Service is good but it's just a macdonald... Closes too early

Typical McDonald's. Average food and not the fastest service but perfect if you just need a quick coffee

Full of chavs and single dads taking their kids for a treat... Loud and untidy. Nobody wiping the tables or cleaning the litter away, not bothering to grace this establishment again. Sign of the times I guess

Staff are a very happy bunch. Pleased to help when heeded. Place is kept clean n tidy all times x

The worst McD's in the area, but unfortunately the most central too. Like other McD's in the area, it's not a proper McD's but a franchise. Their penny pinching ways wouldn't exist in a real McD's.

Always full of young'uns behaving inappropriately n in an threatening manner. And, staff refuse to confront them. Definitely go to a different one if u can.

Piss poor : the worst McDonald's I've ever been in. More staff than customers and I still had to shout to get someone to take my order then not allowed upstairs to use toilet - unbelievably they think that it's ok to have one accessible toilet in service ?!!
The only reason I'm giving one star is that there's no provision for giving less

It's ok as far as Macdonald's goes but, only one entrance and exit gets a bit hectic when busy

Fast sevice and very clean and tidy.
