Mcdonald'S

Not happy at all. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and chips with a chocolate milkshake. When the order arrived half the milkshake was missing plus the chicken nuggets were cold. Also the portion of chips was very small considering I ordered a medium portion. Also the service was terrible. We waited over 20 minutes for this order and they did not give us a re either to complain.

The issue was not with the food, but the air conditioning. The restaurant was that cold we had to put coats on. Unfortunately had to leave alot of the order due to the temperature dropping very quickly

Had a meal at 9pm. Chips were absoloutly disgusting, cold and raw. Asked for a big mac, was told they didnt have any!! Had a quarter pounder instead. That too was cold. Even though i live 2 minutes away from this restaurant, id rather walk into town to use the one there. Much better service!

We were visiting Grimsby for a family event, so travelled thru a few McDonald's franchises. This was definitely the best McDonald's to date. Something echoed by everyone in our party. Fresh, tasty and kept it's heat until we got it back to our hotel nearby. First time I've felt compelled to give a review.

I only used to go there out of desperation such as when travelling. Customer service is terrible, I am a vegetarian which I always bring to their attention yet on 3 separate occasions I given meat, which I hadn't requested. On 1 of those occasions I took a bite and had to spit it out. And if you complain they couldn't care less, the most they have ever offered me, was three free meals. I gave these to my friend, but he was only given 1,& that was after more trouble than it was really worth. A terrible place.

Few tidy birds but there's still the chubby one that's evils you, personally think she's jealous cause she's not eating

Service nice and friendly ! pity the electronic order boards are slower than the humans at the counter !

Absolutely sick to death of this place! Don't know why i even go back! There's always problems at the drive thru where the staff can't hear what your saying you have to repeat it 5 times! The order is always wrong or something missing..then I get told i have to drive round again to order the missing cheese burger because it wasn't even on the order! 😡

Nice place, always clean.
Arrived about 5, wasn't busy so got somewhere to sit easily even though the main road leading to the roundabout was busy.

Went for breakfast had a Double Sausage and Egg mcmuffin with hash brown, orange juice and a tea. Got 80% through the muffin and started to feel crunching in my mouth. Spat out the food straight away and it was just egg shell. Opened up the muffin and looked as though half the egg shell was in there. Complained and was offered a fresh one but I was put well off my appetite. (Couldn't get many photos memory was full on phone).

Drive through was closed, had to drive around and then go inside. It was cold

Like other macdonalds in grimsby and cleethorpes it is dirty

I used to work here, if it's anything like then then I can guarantee this is the cleanest McDonald's in Grimsby. Plus it now has wireless payment which is awesome.

Had to ask for fresh fries before leaving window.. Order placed wrong... Burgers cold an solid.... Bad bad mcdonald's
