Friendly staff! And tastie food! What more can i say but i can't save less than 40 characters.

I don't eat a big meal so a happy meal is fine for me and I love that they will serve me with a latte to go with my meal

I always go to this McDonalds, this one is better compared to the highcross McDonalds. Its not too overcrowded except at lunch times and children's half term holidays. Can pretty much find a seat so all good and service is OK too. Can be slow sometimes but still get what I want. Cant complain much :)

The service was really good, but my cheeseburger was rubbery and lukewarm, and the tomato sauce was disgusting, more like tomato purée

Staff make up the most of this service, as the majority are fabulous and really accommodating.



Toilet facilities are absolutely horrendous

So so busy service I

Slow because of there new system which is meant to be better and more efficient

rubbish service new system slow , saw chicken sandwich made , then had to wait for fries that came white and soggy and soft, then after 2 girls finished talking they had to get my drink , not a pleasent meal not a nice time pissed off and now useing KFC more

So me and my work friends go Mc Donalds before work in the morning and we order pancakes with maple syrup. When we get back to work we open our boxes of pancakes to find pork sausages in them. Its ridiculous, as Muslims we're not allowed to eat or touch pork and to have to open our boxes of pancakes to find a pork sausage in our food is disgusting!!! This has happened to us about 4 times now and its just this one Mc Donalds that does this when we clearly tell them we want pancakes with maple syrup, no where in the order have we requested pork sausage and tbh this is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. I suggest you ask your staff to open their ears and listen to what people order and maybe it would be helpful if you all started to give receipts to all your customers instead of us having to ask for them maybe it would really help avoid having angry customers.

Just spent £15 on food to not even get the burger for my meal!! The chips where cold and my partners burger was cold, my daughters happy meal also cold... waste of money and im still hungry thanks to the main part of my meal being missing! We walked back to the car to eat so didnt realise till then.. not happy �
