Had a problem with our TV whilst on holiday from Cornwall. Called in and saw Denis - he could not have been more helpful. Within 10 minutes he had identified the problem and provided us with Avtex telephone numbers so we could get a replacement part. Would definately recommend them for thier attitude and customer service .
