Wouldn't go to any other salon! Chloey has been doing my hair for around 2 years now and has completely transformed my hair, from home dye black to such a light blonde now with the help of opalex also.

Went from dyed dark brown to a beautiful blonde balayage yesterday. Emily was fab and went absolutely out of her way to make sure it was exactly how we both wanted it. My hair is so ridiculously thick it can be a nightmare, but Emily worked wonders and 5 hours later I had perfect hair and feel like I’m back to my old blondie self � will definitely be my go to salon from now on.

Want to say a massive thanks to Ali and everyone here who helped with my hair today. To go from black to what u guys did was just amazing. Such a lovely, comfortable salon with the most outstanding service from each and everyone one of u lovely ladies. U made me feel special and deff will be back. ��x

Popped in today with no appointment looking for someone to cut my daughter’s hair (she’s only two). Received a wonderful service, Tracey offered to do my daughter’s hair and was so kind and patient with her, it was her first hair cut.



Tracey was brilliant and everyone in the salon made an effort to speak to my daughter. The place has a lovely atmosphere.



Thank you Tracey for making Freya’s first hair cut a pleasant experience.

On my quest to go blonde from very dark, a few months ago I had a full head of foils done by Vicky and co and loved the result I wanted to stay blonde, and go even lighter but was worried I couldn't afford the upkeep. At my consultation last week Vicky told me to go for balayage as I wouldn't need it doing nearly as often and I did today, and just wow, i love the colour even more ❤️❤️ the ladies here are just the best, I've been a customer 8yrs or more and will always get my barnet put into to check here!!

Just had another fantastic experience at M'dam & M'Sieur!! Every time I go there at the staff are very friendly, welcoming and very highly skilled! It's a lovely environment and you are constantly checked on with offers of refereshments reading material etc the customer is definitely the priority in this Salon! My appointment was

I've been going to this salon for more years than I care to admit and they have always done a brilliant job, whichever of the girls are doing my hair. They are such a friendly, welcoming and professional team and I really miss them now I have moved to Australia .

After having some naff haircuts in Trowbridge, I thought I would give the salon a try...I was not disappointed, and that's not just because I was warmly welcomed and given hot chocolate (it helped). Chloey did an excellent job with my hair and I am massively impressed. The service from herself as well as the other staff was impeccable, and you don't have to pay through the roof for the service. Great job Chloey and team, will definitely be back! Stick the kettle on...
