MDesignTECH is an architectural consultancy based in Lightwater that specialises in residential planning applications.

MDesignTECH began business in 2011 and has since seen a modest but nonetheless significant rise in profits every year since, despite the economy proving a difficult environment to tackle. Today MDesignTECH has secured two planning approvals and three Building Control approvals. At present two projects have completed construction. Thanks to the efforts of its founder Stephen Muggridge and his associate Stan Wozny, MDesignTECH is gathering a reputation for reliability, honesty and service.
