The Cotswold Distillery’s new Visitors Centre is on track to welcome guests this coming spring. Constructed with local Cotswold stone, the impressive central chimneys are finished.
The roof is on and window openings are in, ready to accept the glazing, just in time for Christmas making the building weather tight. With all structural work complete, work on the external timber cladding and internal finishes is ready to begin in the new year.

Planning permission has just been granted for a new Jaguar Land Rover centre at Emstrey Island in Shrewsbury for HatfieldsCars. The proposals incorporate a modern retail environment, state of the art workshop facilities and a well-equipped repair and bodywork centre

Work is continuing well at the The Cotswolds Distillery's Visitors Centre. The roof structure is now awaiting the zinc finish, ready for winter. The fireplaces are under construction, built from local Cotswold stone. They will house the visitors centre’s three log burners and the open fire.
The project is on track to be weather tight before the New Year. #teammdg

One year ago MDG moved from our former offices in Edstone, Warwickshire to our new base in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, a move orchestrated by our MD Darrel Smallman to kick-start a period of growth and expand our existing market leading portfolio of work.
In the last year we have made a significant step forward and grown the profile of the business in stature and reputation with new commercial, residential and public sector projects. A planning application has just been submitted for this modern, three-storey townhouse in Edgbaston.

Work started on the Sytner Group BMW Cardiff site in August 2018. The contractor MCS Group is making sterling progress on the project which is due for completion Q4 2019. The new site will replace the existing showroom, also on Penarth Road and will reflect the latest BMW corporate guidelines.
