I've always had a good experience here with our two cats. Staff seem to genuinely care, and everyone is friendly. They've explained all the options and progressed down a logical diagnosis route for any problems. So I've always felt I'm doing the right thing for my little babies!

Well last week i rescued a pregnant cat living in a bush a few miles from me and today she gave birth unfortunately the 7th had his insides on the outside and took him here to see what could be done and alas nothing could be done he was pts i felt like i was brushed off and not taken seriously and to top it off they wanted 180 pounds for his ashes to come back to me, we are family that bury our pets in the garden so i wanted him back to bury alongside our other family pets, they tried to discourage me saying he would be dug up ( never had this problem as always go down deep enough) anyway i said no ill take him they jad him 5 minuted put him to sleep charged me 52 pounds to do so its disgusting to charge this amount, id never go back.

I was sold Effipro spot on flea treatment for my cat here. It doesn't work. It is the same as Frontline which also doesn't work and the reason I came to the vets. I now have a flea infested house. I've been told that I have to bring the cat in for a check up if I want the good stuff. I came for the good stuff in the first place and now I'm expected to pay more money to a vets that sold me a product I could have bought at the pet shop. I shall be joining a different vets
