Mecca Bingo

There is quite a large car park but if you don’t get there at least half an hour beforehand you might not get a parking spot. Luckily there is a smyths toy shop opposite which we have managed to park in.
Mecca cough road is large with 2 bars and an enclosed smoking area situated at the back of the hall. There are loads of chances to win, but be prepared to lose around £100 on a Friday or Saturday if you are buying your books, playing the boards and links, and having drinks and snacks.
It takes quite a long time to get served at the bar, the service is a bit slow, but the staff do bring trolleys round with snacks and non- alcoholic drinks.
It happens at every bingo hall but it is my pet hate when the staff start emptying the coin slots towards the end of the session, while you are still playing. Overall Mecca Clough road is a good night out, love taking my mam and sisters as a treat, and we’ve even converted our other half’s to come along, they thought they were going to hate it, but absolutely loved it and try to tag along when they know we are going!

A good place to go for a game of bingo. Modern decor, friendly staff, the food is good and not expensive either. My friend and I go once a week and enjoy it every time

Friends i went with were playing max boards that failed to load the bingo cards before the game. I was playing paper but with all of the messing about trying to help my friend, and a member of staff at our table talking and trying to sort it out, i missed a few numbers. I actually won the 1st line but shouted a second too late and next number was out so i got told it was a false call. I wouldnt of missed numbers if the max boards worked properly. I have had problems before with max boards running out of charge and not loading tkts, thats why i dont play them anymore. There was no apology, no offer of a free session, it was basically tough s**t. My friends missed 1st page trying to load their tkts too. Not impressed at all.

Use mecca bingo just about every week staff are very friendly and helpful, food and drink is not too expensive and the building is very clean.

What can you say it's bingo staff are mostly friendly cage service is not up to muchbut it's a good night out if you like bingo just have Your tea before you go and there is NO DECAF OPTION pretty poor I'm this day and age

A bit of bingo is a good relaxing night out and can be exciting if you get a big win or waiting for just one number. Clough Road has plenty of seating and parking spaces. There is hot and cold food delivered to your table which you can order at one of two bars. There is two types of bingo running with linked games offering thousands of pounds to the winners and around 90 slot machines to choose from if that takes your fancy. Fosters, John Smiths, Guinness and a wide range of spirits are available alongside white, red and rose wines if that takes your fancy or plenty of soft drinks as well as hot drinks which include ground coffee.

Nice setting , decour has a trans atlantic liner 1930s feel about it , staff very nice and pleasant

Always a good night. Good can be slow to come out if at busy periods so order early. But nice staff and a good night
