Medacy are looking to recruit two pharmacists for an exciting opportunity working in a clinical hub providing care, support and clinical expertise to patients taking DMARD medications in Buckinghamshire
The role will involve playing a full and active role as part of a multidisciplinary team working across primary and secondary care.
The ideal candidate for the role will have:... IP status essential At least 3 years post graduate experience Excellent Clinical knowledge. Experience in carrying out level 2 and 3 Med reviews in the GP practice setting. The confidence to work as part of an innovative environment that aims to change the way clinical pharmacists are utilised to change outcomes for patients The ability to adapt to be able to convey information to patients and fellow healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be joining The Medacy Practice, a unique support network that allows pharmacist to develop and thrive and realise their full potential.
