Medical-Locums Group is looking for admin support for our Client Team. This role is key in supporting the Account Managers with all of the day to day administration tasks. The position is full time, working Monday to Friday 0830 – 1800.
Key tasks of the role involve the following:
... · Assist the client team in liaising with clients to generate additional shifts
· Complete Confirmation of bookings once a candidate is confirmed for a shift
· Update the sales team with all live shifts
· Update internal CRMs with relevant data
· Create candidate profiles
· Collate information on excel spreadsheets
· Complete day to day activities as requested by Client Account Managers
· Coordinate with the internal sales team
