Our aim is simple no-nonsense, no fluff no magical things to believe in, just plain mindfulness and meditation classes whether it be for health, stress reduction, or relaxation.
Even though the origins of meditation are over 5000 years old and linked from much of that time with religions, you do not need the religion to get all the benefits. If you want it within the religious context, then today here in Sheffield you have numerous fantastic options. We do not offer the religious context.
No need to believe in new-age hippy stuff. No visualising unicorns showering you in white light. We stick to techniques that require you to believe nothing, just follow the exercises.
We offer a range of classes, tutorials, workshops and even for those who are a little more of a rush one-on-one sessions.
