Words can’t describe how madly in love I am with my new hair! I’ve gone from a frizzy partly blonde mess to a beautiful copper colour. Megan is a very talented colourist who spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect. This is now my salon of choice � �

Second time coming to the salon and I was won completely over by the lovely Paige, I've finally got the ombré hair I was looking for... Will definitely be returning back. Walking out I felt a million dollars which I haven't felt like in years, feeling abit of a yummy mummy after having my baby girl... Thank you! Can't wait to have more of her amazing curly blow drys! Only salon I know to go the extra mile with the finishing hair ☺️

I usually get my hair done by the wonderful poppy, but today on an off chance I popped in poppy was booked but Jess fitted me in and did a fantastic job I'm in love with my hair it's exactly as I imagined, Jess executed what I wanted perfectly! She was loveley to chat to and a great asset to the team. Thank you as per usual for making me feel welcome and fabulous.

I have just had my hair cut with Lilli and she was amazing! She was so attentive, understood exactly what I wanted and made my hair look so healthy.

I had such a wonderful and relaxing experience at Medusa this morning. My hair looks amazing and I feel amazing. Massive thanks to Belinda and the team for always making me feel 100% again

I can't say how much I love what you've done with my hair! Good hair makes you much more confident of yourself :) and I am utterly in love with it!

I am so pleased with my hair. I hadn't had my hair cut in 7 years and explained that I am autistic and have disabilities. I had a very kind, professional woman called Lillie, who made me feel as comfortable as possible and talked me through everything. I highly recommend this salon. Great service, professional and talented hairdressers and a welcoming atmosphere

I am petrified of having my hair cut, but poppy made me feel at ease and really listened to how I like my hair to look. Even better, she perfected my inverted bob and I'm truly happy with it. Many other salons have tried and failed, Poppy is amazing and I can't recommend Medusa highly enough. Great experience. Thank you.

Highly recommend! Poppy is amazing at colour!! Atmosphere in salon was really lovely from start to finish. Couldn't do enough for me. Hair is incredible, big thankyou to Poppy and everyone at Medusa for making me feel so welcome on my first visit to you. Will definitely be back!

Had my hair coloured and cut today and feel like a new woman! Lilli was lovely and full of enthusiasm,she did simply an amazing job with my hair.x
